• Oversee and monitor daily construction activities to ensure work aligns with
project specifications, design drawings, and safety standards.

Backfilling FDT layer by layer, Warning tape, Bitumen Coating on Manhole also we
Conduct Sewer Pipe Line, Potable Pipe Line, Irrigation Pipe Line and Storm Pipe Line
on water test pressure test leakage test to verify compliance with codes,
standards, and project specifications.
• Prepared the Stock pile of Backfilling material and conduct the inspection of
Backfilling material for approval.
• Ensure testing of materials like concrete, steel, and soil is conducted as per
standards.
• Act as a liaison between the project manager, contractors, suppliers, and
consultants.
• Ensure seamless communication to resolve on-site technical challenges.
• Update stakeholders with progress reports and escalate any major concerns.
• Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies on-site.
• Ensure all personnel use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety
protocols.
• Conduct toolbox talks and promote safety awareness among workers.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily progress, material
usage, and manpower deployment.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports and technical documentation to the
project manager.
• Verify and approve contractor bills for work completed.
• Monitor and control project costs to ensure adherence to budgets.
• Forecast material requirements and coordinate procurement to avoid delays.

• Inspection of the completed works prior to consultant final acceptance.
• Inspection and Surveillance Supervision of construction activities and ensure Quality work at site.
• Check and review the Plans & Specifications for the proper construction and quality implementation at
the site.

• Liaise with the contractors field staff to ensure that all required testing has been performed as per
specifications.
• Coordination with site lab and third party for the testing of construction materials.
• Make filed inspections of commercial and residential buildings during various stages of construction and

• Inspect the reinforcement works on site as per drawings and specifications.
• Ensuring implementation of document control procedures such as built drawings, material approval
request on daily, weekly and monthly progress reports, method statement, and mockup sample,
program, sub-contractor approvals.
• Ensure that all laboratory equipments are calibrated and maintained in good condition.
• To check elevation alignment, levelness/plumbness, and dimensions as well as quality and support of
forms of structures such as station footings, column, slab retaining walls etc.
• Prior to start concrete pouring, ensure weather conditions by checking all its embedded items,
mechanical discipline and all necessary provisions, back-up equipment for concrete operation.
• To conduct fresh concrete and hardened concrete test.
