• Managed daily operations, maintenance, projects and asset performance across two co-located chilled-water plants with ten 800-ton
chillers and 8, 000 tons of combined capacity, serving Dubai Marina Mall, Pier 7 and JW Marriott Dubai Marina.
• Coordinated the operational side of the Emaar / ENGIE chiller upgrade, reviewing work plans and aligning contractors, vendors and
plant operations around access, shutdowns, testing, commissioning and continuity of cooling.
• Planned and delivered chiller overhauls, cooling-tower refurbishment, critical valve replacements, controls modifications and energy
saving installations, covering scope development, budgets, materials, contractor execution, testing and handover.
• Led a four-person operations team and multiple specialist contractors across preventive and corrective maintenance,
troubleshooting, emergency response and shutdown activity.
• Improved energy performance and reliability through sequencing optimization, setpoint and BMS corrections, refrigerant-charge
correction, tube cleaning and stronger maintenance practices, achieving gains without major capital expenditure.
• Managed O&M budgets, approved purchases, controlled contractor expenditure, evaluated technical proposals and presented
performance, energy, incidents, risks, corrective actions and project progress to the client.

• Developed retrofit, overhaul, controls, testing, energy improvement and full-plant O&M opportunities from site assessment
through technical solution, scope, labor and material estimate, pricing, proposal, negotiation and post award support.
• Secured multi site chilled-water O&M contracts for Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah, Hilton Beach Resort and other Hilton
properties by developing the operating model, staffing, maintenance strategy, pricing and delivery plan.
• Developed and secured a four chiller permanent refrigerant filtration retrofit at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah and supported
delivery through successful completion.

• Installed and commissioned MCS and Smart Chiller control systems across multiple sites, including control panels and field
sensors; performed start-up, functional testing, troubleshooting and operator training.
• Coordinated technical interfaces between controls, plant equipment and operations to support reliable handover and ongoing
performance.

• Led teams delivering complete rebuilds of large-capacity chillers across major manufacturers, directing disassembly,
inspection, component assessment, repair, reassembly, refrigerant work, testing and recommissioning.
• Managed field execution, workmanship quality, technical troubleshooting and return-to-service readiness across complex
mechanical scopes.

• Performed eddy current testing, thermographic surveys, vibration data collection and refrigerant and oil sampling, producing
technical evidence and reports to support maintenance and corrective work decisions.
• Deployed as part of an eight-person O&M mobilization team at the 45, 000ton district cooling plant, inspecting chillers, pumps,
cooling towers and associated systems, supporting snag closure and equipment start up.

• Served as Fincantieris Bahrain-based field service lead and official technical representative supporting U.S. Navy Mine
Countermeasure Ships, acting as the primary interface with Navy officers, engineering teams and shipyard personnel for
propulsion and generator engine work.
• Planned and directed complete dry dock engine overhaul programs, controlling technical scopes, manpower, parts, schedules,
permits, isolations, safety requirements, daily reporting and return-to-service activities.
• Led teams of four to eight through disassembly, inspection, precision measurement, component repair and replacement,
reassembly and testing, completing defined inspection and acceptance checkpoints supported by technical evidence for Navy
review.
• Directed dock and sea trials, including 12-hour full-power testing of each overhauled engine, resolved defects identified during
testing and returned vessels fully operational for departure from dry dock.
