enhancing customer relationships, and increasing customer acquisition through
professional sales activities.
• Key Responsibilities
• Promote and sell banking and payment services to new and existing customers.
• Assist customers with account opening processes and required documentation.
• Promote prepaid cards, visa subscriptions, and related financial products.
• Explain product features, benefits, fees, and service terms clearly to customers.
• Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
• Follow up with leads and convert walk-in customers into active clients.
• Support customers in completing application forms and system registration
processes.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
• Coordinate with branch operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth
onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage retention and cross-selling
opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and company policies during customer
onboarding.
• Stay updated on company promotions, banking products, and market trends.
