Duties and responsibilities
Updating the human resources program according to the latest articles of the Kuwait Labor Law, the General Organization for Social Insurance and the Labor Restructuring Program.
Conducting practical procedures for attracting, selecting, evaluating and appointing cadres.
Follow-up attendance and departure of staff through the program attendance and departure
Follow up on compliance with the rules of conduct and the application of penalties, based on the Kuwaiti Labor Law and the company's procedures and policies.
Preparing monthly salaries and transferring them to Kuwait Finance House and other banks.
Updating employees' personal information.
