• Reporting top management on the performance of Integrated QMS for all sectors ( HV-MV-LV)).
• Ensures of applying and maintaining quality M.S ISO 9001:2008.
• Project manager for establishing & maintaining quality M.S ISO 14001:2004.
• Project manager for establishing & maintaining quality M.S OHSAS 18001:2007.
• Prepare and implement a periodical audit program (system audit, process audit and product audit) on all sectors to evaluate the effectiveness of the QMS.
• Develop Quality plans and other required process control procedures to insure processes, work in progress and finished goods meet the specified quality and HS&E standards.
• Conduct a periodical Business review meeting "BRM" with all Managers to review the progress and achievement of company Objectives and running projects.
• Conducting Continuous Quality Improvement projects and activities through
using six sigma statistical tools.
• Develop, implement and maintain plant Health & Safety Policies, System and Guidelines.
• Plan, organize and implement relevant Health & Safety’s activities and programs in enhancing the plant safe work culture.
• Monitor and measure organizational compliance to the safety requirements.
• Monitor, review and prepare reports on plant Health & Safety activities’ implementation, progress and performance (which include monitoring and analyzing the statistic and trends).
• Identify and facilitate appropriate processes for risk and hazard assessments and to assist in the development of appropriate studies, procedures, work instructions and Safe Work Plans to mitigate risks.
• Assist in developing and maintaining effective Safety performance goals to support top quartile performance within the industry.
• Develops, maintains, upgrades the Safety Manual and supervises its implementation.
