• Performance manages and develops payroll staff.
• Manage payroll workload to meet operational requirements.
• Ensure payroll is processed in an accurate, compliant and timely manner.
• Prepare relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports and oversee compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements.
• Monitor the accurate processing of staff appointments, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
• Follow-up all payroll information and records are maintained in accordance with statutory requirements.
• Support all internal and external audits related to payroll and review and improve payroll policies and procedures.
Perform daily payroll department operations
Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports
Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits
Process correct garnishment calculations and compliance
Execute eTime time and attendance processing and interface with payroll
Perform compliances for unclaimed property payroll checks
Process accurate and timely year-end reporting when necessary (W-2, W-2c, etc)
Develop ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed
Process manual check and relocation metric’s
Update and reconcile monthly bank statements from ADP
Load import files received from HR (All Companies)
Research and email appropriate audience of file issues
Respond to ERC employee tickets
• Prepare and review (journal vouchers, cash payments, check payments)
• Prepare and review zakat, income tax & withholding tax. Then due date for zakat & income department.
• Prepare the monthly reports according to the management demands.
• Prepare payroll.
• Prepare accounts payable (receiving invoices, prepare entries, prepare payments, general ledger recording).
• Participating in the final accounts (balance sheet - income statement - cash flow statement).
• Participating in the yearly inventory.
• Prepare bank reconciliation.
• Distributing the expenses for cost center.
• Registering the fixed assets and depreciation account.
Bachelor degree, college of management and Information Technology from Al Faisal University, major accounting grade very good (3.79/5.00) on 19 July 2014.
Associate degree, in the management and Information Technology from Jubail Industrial College, major accounting grade good
