Duties:
- Responsible for international hiring applicant from many nationality like (Philippines,
Czech, India, Pakistan, Egypt and Jordan).
- Creating the manpower plan yearly to find the shortage in each departments.
- Doing all the recruitment process from finding the applicants to hiring them.
- Announcing the vacancies in the complex website, Linked in and some of recruitment
website.
- Making the interviews of the candidates with the evaluation.
- Hiring the candidates to doing all the staffing process to starting the work as the policy.
- Calculate the salary of the candidate with the allowances as the qualification and
experience
- Dealing with Administration, Doctors and technician staff.
- Helping the Manager and making many Administration projects.
- Making a Purchase order in SAP system for Textbooks as professor requests.
- Dealing with the vendors.
- Registration the new vendors
- Organizing and serving KAUST Guests.
- Responsible to arrange the booking in meeting Rooms, English Labs and the General
Lecture.
- Responsible and making Events in KAUST Library Building.
- Multiple Administration duties requested by the Manager.
- Doing the recruitment; dealing with replies advertising, making interviews and selection
the candidates to hire the applicants.
- Making all the admin/HR Purchase request in ORACLE system.
- Responsible for the Medical insurance for all employees including them family to
(Addition, Deletion, checking & follow up claims with insurance company) and life insurance as
well.
- Dealing with employment issues of the company.
- Conducting interview with job applicants, asking the questions about the working duties
and selftasks.
- To identify, plan and execute implementation with new & old suppliers dealing with
administration job
- Experience of managing a team of up to 4 staff members.
- Monitoring of staff time sheets and attendance in the department.
- Ensuring that any concerns or complaints are dealt with appropriately.
- Taking care for the office requirements (Maintenance, furniture, equipments……. Etc).
- Responsible for invitation letters in Ministry of Foreign Affair & Exit Re-Entry
visa use
it by (Muqeem program).
- Controlling office petty cash.
