• Ownership for managing the execution of all procedures handled by governmental organizations and ministries on behalf of the Company and its employees.
• Served as the lead “face of the company” in all Government Affairs activity, led government initiatives and advocated for specific plans to advance the company's objectives. • Managed/expedited renewal of all Company registration licenses as well as special papers to Chamber of Commerce.

• Developed, in partnership with company executives/stakeholders, the company's government relations and public policy strategy and agenda as it relates to the company’s strategy and help prioritize actions and resources.
• Established GR budget, managed Government Relations sub-function within the approved budgets and in line with the set policies and procedures. justified variances to achieve cost-effectiveness objectives.

• Managed air & ground travel, hotel reservations & accommodation for employees/ visitors. Oversaw supplier contracts, client contracts, lease renewal of all government documents & ensured all these documents are up to date.
• Aided management with challenging staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, managing performance, terminating employees & disciplinary procedures.
• Positioned strategic human resources management as the catalyst for amplifying broader business/organizational goals.
