• Instrumental in accelerating the evolution of HR function at SHOMOUL. Played a key role in developing and shaping state-of-the-art HR and people strategy, to support the future growth plans for the business.
• Designed next-generation HR and managed a full spectrum of HR & Administration operations.

Responsibilities:
• Commanding all aspects of Human resource management, Administration and Government Affairs. Establishing and implementing HR policies & practices in compliance with Saudi Labor Law.
• Delivering an integrated annual HR plan including manpower strategy, training and development strategy, knowledge transfer and organizational enhancement strategy, competence development and performance management strategy.
• Directing daily support operations and administrative procedures. Overseeing facilities services, maintenance activities and trades-persons.
• Donning multiple hats whilst managing a multitude of Office organization and management tasks including Medical aid matters, Administration of staff (e. g. medical aid claims, tax matters, employee welfare).
• Administering end-to-end recruitment process - interviews, selection, to hiring. Ensure timely availability of these resources to meet the project deadline.
• Endeavoring to create a unique, motivated and best-in-class field force with a winning attitude and culture.
• Providing strategic directions on people strategy, policy and practice, ensuring people issues are managed effectively, reviewing employee grievances, and taking disciplinary actions to drive positive culture through employee engagement.

• Commanded Administration and Government Relations functions across sub-functions - external recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits, employee relations and government affairs to meet Company’s business requirements.
• Supervised day-to-day support operations of the company, planned the most efficient administrative procedure & lead a team of professionals to complete administrative duties in all departments.
• Nurtured synergistic business relationships with government bodies and ministries in order to expedite the processing of government administrative issues.
• Led development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Rolled out HR strategies and revised each year to align with the wider business.
• Played a truly foundational role in how workforces evolve, adapt, and transform over time, thus propelling an organization and its people forward.
