Financial Division:

•Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
•Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.
•Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
•Summarizes financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.
•Produces payroll by initiating computer processing; printing checks, verifying finished product. Completes external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts; providing information for auditors.
•Secures financial information by completing database backups.
•Making Medical Insurance for all employees of the company.
•Calculating trip allowance of drivers.
•Verifying the invoices and maintaining in records.

Transportation & Shipping:

•Following up the Local and Foreign transportation and shipping orders.
•Arranging transportation plans for goods.
•Negotiating shipment rates.
•Teaming up with other professionals.
•Provide analysis of current transportation and operations practices to determine process and cost improvement opportunities.
Provide customer service support to the entire company to meet each department’s inbound and service requirements
•Work with customer service, purchasing, warehousing operations and manufacturing to resolve issues and solve problems regarding transportation.
•Maintain daily/monthly reporting.

Purchasing Department:

•Reviews and approves purchase order placement of purchasing assistants and buyers for accuracy and optimum delivery and pricing.
•Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
•Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
•Meets with vendors to negotiate improved pricing, product quality, and delivery
