Job Description:
Teamwork is vital to the success of any business, but unfortunately groups of people won't always work well together. Whether its lazy employees, rude employees or even fighting employees, problems can occur.
This is where team leaders step in. Helping to keep everyone motivated, they play an important part in customer service.
Team leader: Supervising, guiding and motivating, team leaders are there to help colleagues work together and ensure they're delivering good customer service.


Ensuring the staffs are happy so the business can run smoothly, organize and delegate their workload as well as monitoring them to make sure it's done correctly. Depending on the size of the company, my daily tasks could also include:
- Helping with training and development.
- Completing paperwork.
- Handling complaints (from both staff and customers)
- Financial responsibilities.
- Ordering stock (where applicable)
- Helping with promotional events.
- Personnel duties.
- Reporting to senior level management.
- Lead a team work to achieve the target.
- Take a weakly plane from each one in the team & daily plane to know the direction to each one.

- Make every one call the customer from data which preparing it and which he take it from the Customer like a leads to make him always have data.

- Explain the policy of the bank and all products and make sure all one in my direct sales know it like he know him self because that help to achievement the target every month with easy.

- Ability to work with a team and control the direct sales by make motivation always controller in work by contest witch we do it all the times with every one or other teams to achieve the target and take the first position to make name of the team ( hero)

- Feed back from every one (direct sales) about what he visited and why he achieved the daily plane and other who not achieved the daily plane and speak that with my area manger always to attend the morning brief ( meeting) and speak with the team

- Call the customer who reject the product to clear the policy of this product and thanks them to allow the direct sales visit his company another time and take a leads from them.

- Own and manage customer queries and complaints by taking ownership and resolving in a timely manner.

- Maintain sales performance statistics for management information usage.

- Own and manage personal product & channel sales targets to contribute towards the outlet sales objectives.


- Identify when & where to refer customers to an appropriate area of delivery for specialist sales help or advice.

- Through effective banking hall management ensure that customers are directed to the most appropriate delivery channel to meet their needs e. g. cashiers, drop boxes, ATM etc.

- Deliver world class customer service practices and ensure adherence to our service standards.
