Develop test, start-up procedures for equipment, and the sequence of activity for use in pre-check and commissioning stage.
Verify all equipment is operating as designed and meets or exceeds the expectations of the project.
Collect all record drawings, Original Equipment Manuals (OEM), guaranties, warranties and as-built in a form acceptable to district needs.
Coordinate the commissioning team throughout construction and maintenance processes.
Prepare documents for weekly meeting (progress status, Snag status, NCR …)

Aware of protection schemes and operations of EHV/HV/MV/LV single, double bus bar and one& half breaker switch gear:
(380, 132&13.8.V function and operation)
Testing of EHV/HV/MV/LV switchgear components:
CB's SF6, MCCB, MCB tests: Timing, insulation resistance, Contact resistance.
CT’S tests, VT’s tests, Primary injection, Bus bar, stuck breaker stability &sensitivity test.
Testing numerical protective relays such as:
Advanced & Simple Relays
Aware of operation & application of Testing Equipment:
Ct analyzer, CMC 356 (Omicron), CBC 100 with booster, Primary injection devices like Oden, Freja 300, Severker, CPC 100, Contact resistance tester, circuit breaker analyzer, insulation resistance tester (Megger ).
Preparation of Substation master plan, organization chart, 3 week schedule and test reports.

Forklift maintenance and work on the discovery and resolution of malfunctions with the team
