- Communicating with various governmental and non-governmental agencies to coordinate work and complete the regulatory procedures for department-related transactions
- Approving the reports and extracts of construction and development projects and following up their approval through the Department of Engineering Affairs in the governorate
- Managing documents of various projects, archiving them in an organized manner and updating them periodically according to work developments
- Recommending assigning the Ministry’s employees to security and safety observers and security guards according to the established and approved standards and the actual need
- Verifying that the various works and tasks conducted carried out are carried out in accordance with the regulations, instructions, civil service regulations, circulars
- Supervising the preparation of the annual report, including the achievements of capital projects, and discussing it with managers during periodic meetings
- Developing recommendations and proposals that contribute to improving performance to achieve the necessary quality in the various stages of projects
- Ensuring the implementation of various projects within the specified timeframe while adhering to budgets
My research file is modelling and simulation of needle motion control during the interaction with soft tissue deformation using finite element.
