- Recommending assigning the Ministry’s employees to security and safety observers and security guards according to the established and approved standards and the actual need
- Verifying that the various works and tasks conducted carried out are carried out in accordance with the regulations, instructions, civil service regulations, circulars
- Supervising the preparation of the annual report, including the achievements of capital projects, and discussing it with managers during periodic meetings
