* inspector and work on Maintenance, repair and operation of equipment and cooling systems and window air-conditioning, split, central and chillers.
* Inspector and work on inspector and work on installation of equipment and HVAC systems in small and medium-sized enterprises.
* Inspector and work on Installation, maintenance and operation rooms and cold stores.
* Make records of control and operation of the equipment and keep them.
* Enter data on preventive maintenance
* Review the minutes of the Preparatory Meeting and verify that the work complies with the design documents (ie, submittals, specifications and/or shop drawings).
* Resolve all differences.
* Verify adequacy of inspection and testing.
* Establish a level of workmanship and verify that it meets the requirements.
* Provide documentation of the previous inspection of the work area.
* Re-examine the work area for compliance.
* Meeting Minutes are recorded and sent to MSDGC Document Control within 48 hours of the conclusion of the meeting
