• Install, rebuild and configure new/existing servers, network devices, peripherals, services, settings, storage, etc.
• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources and systems.
• Manage internet access policies, DMZ policies and publishing of various services via FortiGate firewall.
• Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
• Perform scheduled backup and recovery jobs.
• Create, change, and delete user accounts per request.
• Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities.
• Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required.
• Perform periodic performance reporting and develop technical documentations.
• Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks.
• Manage IT infrastructure including (active directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, mail server and file server).
• Install and configure the network devices like switches, firewalls, servers and access points.
• Install and support Microsoft Software such as MS Office package and Windows.
• Provide Technical Support and troubleshooting for end users.
• Report the network operational status to higher managerial level.
• Install and configure computer hardware, client operating systems and applications.
• Provide telephone and email diagnostic technical support for the central office and 54 agencies.
• Troubleshoot the network connection problems.
• Train users to use new systems and applications.
• Install and configure ADSL modems.
• provide technical support for 100 customers.
