- Ensures that all testing and maintenance of fire protection system are achieved on time
- Ensures all aspects of emergency preparedness and resources are in place and appropriate for the identified risks and simulated/ checked for Effectiveness through emergency exercises and drills
- Setting KPIs and targets for safety
- Develop JSAs for all activities as required
- Conduct internal audits and site inspections in the project to monitor
NPCC safety standard.
- Conducts onsite risk assessment and mitigation, review of
method statement and job safety analysis
- Review critical lift plan

Communicates information on the HSE Management Systems throughout the company and promotes HSE awareness
- Holds formal function meetings with the General Manager in order to drive the HSE Function
- Prepares and maintains required HSE Records and reports ensuring reporting back to General Manager
- Recommend appropriate safety training programs to develop awareness at all levels and provide specialist knowledge where appropriate
- Assist in the investigation of accidents, incidents and near misses to establish the cause and recommend actions to prevent re-occurrence
- Ensure that there are effective emergency response procedures available and personnel are adequately trained and the company is prepared in the event of emergency situation
- Visit all sites (Saudi Aramco Offshore Sites) on a regular and consistent basis conducting audits to ensure we build our projects to the highest quality standards
