Managing & Supervising multiple of military projects for the Client M/s Presidential Guard Commands (PGC) including accommodation & office buildings, ammunition stores, Mosques, MEP amenities, and Infra works.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assisting R.E. to managing, controlling, monitoring & closing projects.
• Coordinating site supervision work, and checking activities in daily basis.
• Managing various contractors, and monitoring progress of work.
• Implementing HSE and ensuring adherence to safety standards and satisfactory work practices.
• Following-up with PMO departments and End users.
• Reviewing project submittals: Shop drawings, Materials, Method statements and Payments.
• Preparing and reviewing project Variation Orders.
• Resolving conflicts, challenges and technical issues related to project.
• Heading project site team weekly meeting.
• Preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Managing & executing multiple of military projects - Client M/s Command of Military Works (CMW). Headquarter buildings, offices, stores and Infra works.
• Managing & executing of 400kV Grid station - Client M/s TRANSCO.
• Executing of InterContinental Fujairah Resort project - Fujairah.
• Executing of Akoya by Damac Villas project - Dubai.
