I’m working for Milano in Saudi Arabia, and here is brief explanation for my duties:
 I made complete database for showrooms by cabinet vision to assist sales to design and quote each customer quickly and efficiently, then the order will be directed to CNC machines with minimal human interference
 I’m responsible for projects from quotation submittal, then in case we won the contract, I assist in shop drawing submittal, outsources PO, then I take care about the fine details in production till we handover the project

I’m working for Riadco one of leading factories in Egypt for producing office furniture, and here is brief
explanation for my duties:
 I take responsibility of delivering projects on time, so once we sign the contract, I prepare BOM for the whole project in order to avoid any shortage during execution.
 I prepare necessary shop drawings to take approval from the consultant.
 I prepare all drawings requested in production to make it easier in installation of all items at site by using CNC
 I follow up project execution in production, and report to CEO any inconvenience issues which may delay production, to take quick actions
 I follow up installation teams to ensure that they distribute all work according to pre-made key plan, and I explain to them how to assemble all units properly.

I was working for kitchens and closets solutions in Saudi Arabia, and here is brief explanation for my duties:
* I made machining layout for the new German production line including exhaust line, which ensures
the best area utilization of the new factory, and smooth production flow.
* I made training for the technicians how to operate the new machines, and how to make necessary
preventive maintenance.
* This company specialized in custom made products, so I made flexible programs on CNC to ensure
that technicians won't wait until I make new program.
* In case of machines troubleshooting, I diagnose what's the reason for this problem, and in some
issues I can repair the machine, while sometime I prepare technical report for the manufacture to
assist us.

I was working for Maromix furniture factory in KSA, and once I received my job, the company got a new project to furnish 6 villas in Alkhober, and here is brief explanation for my achievements:
 I was in charge of preparing the shop drawings for this project, material estimation, site measurements using smart program, production and installation.
 I was responsible for KOMANDOR system which is complete system for wardrobes production.
 After the resignation of projects manager, I took the responsibility to manage a project consists 300 kitchens and 1000 closets for Alghanim co. I prepared all necessary documents for this project including shop drawings, time schedule, RFI and invoices. I managed to deliver this project on time although we have tight time.

Due to financial crisis in Maromix, we didn't receive our salaries for continuous 3 months, that's why company give us the chance to transfer sponsorship.

I was working for Mehrez & Krema factory, one of the best furniture manufactures in Egypt.

 I was responsible for implementing new system which connects Technical office with production via computerized data base. This system introduced cutting plane by intelligent program and CNC codes with complete shop drawing for each work piece. In Addition this system excluded the pre-produced parts in the store from production list.
 I prepare production schedule according to productivity of each department.
 I prepared offers for potential projects.

I was working for Al-Alfy for Marble and Granite, and I was responsible for water jet machine and transferring CAD shop drawings into CAM programs to export it directly to the machine. During this period I made many marvelous medallions.

I was Working for Contistahl Factory one of the best modern furniture manufactures in Egypt.
 I was in charge of programming CNC machines (WEKEE and MORBIDELLI), making necessary maintenance for them, and in case of complicated troubleshooting, I prepare technical report to the manufacture in order to assist us in solving the problem.
 I made a complete data base for all standard units using ACCESS, which make it too easy for the technical office to extract all files from show rooms in a few minutes.

I was working for New Holland agricultural machines dealer in Egypt.
I participated in corrective maintenance of the engines, hydromatic and manual transmission systems, hydraulic problems, calibration of EMC and find the recorded errors on it, I send claims for the machines within warranty period and I send troubleshooting reports to manufacture experts in order to reply by assist report.

 I received training at Fine plant in Maintenance Department; I shared in scheduling and execution of preventive maintenance plan, corrective maintenance, preparation of necessary documents for ISO and making the necessary daily reports.
