Duties :
-Preparation and review of Mechanical design criteria, calculations, drawings, specifications, and tender documents of the design projects.
-Design all Mechanical system of Commercial / residential governmental sectors projects .
-Preparation of design reports.
-Participation in the progress meetings, Value Engineering analysis and coordination of the design projects
to development the proposed design, and preparation of the meeting records.
-Review Contractor’s installation method statements.
-Review Contractor’s Mechanical shop drawings in conjunction with other works to ensure engineering co-
ordination and provide comments as required.
-Review materials submittals and provide comments as required.
-Review and approve Contractor’s ‘as built’ drawings.
Duties :
-Interprets design drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior
to execution of any jobs.
-In conjunction with the document controller, ensure that the log of the MEP documentation is undertaken in line
with the project handbook and continually monitor the same.
-Review Contractor’s installation method statements.
-Review Contractor’s Mechanical shop drawings in conjunction with other works to ensure Engineering
co-ordination and provide comments as required.
-Review Materials submittals and provide comments as required.
-Monitor quality of the Contractor’s construction installations and Materials stored.
- Site supervision and inspection of the Mechanical systems as per approved shop drawings and Consultant’s
Specification.
-Monitor and promote health and safety on the site
-Attend project progress meetings to resolve specific site problems as required to minimize program delays.
-Ensure that Contractor’s daily progress reports are produced with regards to MEP works.
-Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and assess them against the project schedule.
-Review and approve Contractor’s ‘as built’ drawings.
Duties :
-Interprets design drawings and studies the applicable standards or specifications of the projects, and sending RFI
to design consultant in the case of missing in design to resolve issue.
-Preparation of builders work drawings to verify locations and levels of mechanical openings / sleeves penetrations.
-Preparation HVACl shop drawings and detailed in conjunction with other works to ensure Engineering co-ordination.
-Preparation material submittals to approved
Duties :
-Interprets HVAC design drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications
prior to execution of any jobs.
-Preparation of tender pre-qualification documents of the projects.
-Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools,
etc., required for all HVAC and related works prior to execution. Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the MEP Manager for approval prior to execution at site.
-Preparation and submits all installation method statements.
-Preparation and submits HVAC redesign if needed and shop drawings in conjunction with other works to ensure Engineering co- ordination, for approval.
-Preparation all Materials submittals, for approval.
-Monitor and ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved shop drawings, contract
documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
-Mechanical Systems testing, balancing and commissioning according to requirements and specifications.
-Pre-resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems at site that may arise at any time.
-Submits work inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis
-Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and assess them against the project schedule.
-Attends regular meeting with client and consultant to provide update on project progress.
-promote health and safety on the site.
-Preparation final ‘as built’ drawings.
