Duties :
-Preparation and review of Mechanical design criteria, calculations, drawings, specifications, and tender documents of the design projects.
-Design all Mechanical system of Commercial / residential governmental sectors projects .
-Preparation of design reports.
-Participation in the progress meetings, Value Engineering analysis and coordination of the design projects
to development the proposed design, and preparation of the meeting records.
-Review Contractor’s installation method statements.
-Review Contractor’s Mechanical shop drawings in conjunction with other works to ensure engineering co-
ordination and provide comments as required.
-Review materials submittals and provide comments as required.
-Review and approve Contractor’s ‘as built’ drawings.

-Mechanical Systems testing, balancing and commissioning according to requirements and specifications.
-Pre-resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems at site that may arise at any time.
-Submits work inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis
-Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and assess them against the project schedule.
-Attends regular meeting with client and consultant to provide update on project progress.
-promote health and safety on the site.
-Preparation final ‘as built’ drawings.
