*Manage month end close process liaise with MBS to ensure all entries are complete and accurate.

*ICOM review with the current bank balance, project the expected spends for the week and communicating with principle companies for weekly payment

*Process the inter company payment in coordination with Genpact and local banks.

*Support all Arabic work and maintain Arabic book of Accounts in SAP as this is the statutory requirement in Saudi Arabia.

*Support in Zakat, Income tax, VAT & excise tax related matters.
SADAD Payments (finance related)

*Processing the SADAD payment through readsoft.

*ExtractingandmanagingdetailsfromvariousGovernmentportalsforVAT & excise tax, Customsand Income Tax, Zakat.

*GRIR and AP open invoice follow up. Make sure to have the GRIR in proper shape and any issues to follow

• PrepareCreditExposures for thecustomers on holdandobtain approvals as per Approval Matrix.Key decision maker for theorders.
• Release the orderson hold after obtaining approvalsas per Approval Matrix.
• To obtain confirmation of Statement of Account from customers every month.
• Tofollow-upwiththe AccountsPayabledepartment for the pending credit notes if any after the confirmation from customers.
• Preparing Collection Summary for Management reports.

Received collection (Cheque / transfer) from salesman with immediate check to verify the due invoice with the value of receipt.

Cash Match for all the debit & credit entries in customer accounts with confirmation from sales together.

PreparetheCashMatchforthecustomeraccounts, asperinvoicepaymentanddeductiondetails.

Follow up for the Cash Match status with the GL Accounts Team.

Follow up with the salesman which customers have overdue.

Update collection status on daily basis.

Check Damage & Expiry received from the customer and follow up with the GL Team to enter as a credit note in customer Account.
