- Mechanical & Piping System Design & foundation and a good knowledge of the control panels and its components.

- Preparing Preventive Maintenance lists for new projects then Supervising & Following up all the steps to be done efficiently.

- Preparing Spare Parts Lists for all the projects based on the manuals & manufacturer’s recommendation.

- Handling the financial matter with the sites clients

Handling the company technicians financial matter (transportation, accommodation and all other pocket money)
