From 1/9/2012 till now working as Senior chemistin the laboratory for Petrochemical company ( Egyptian propylene and polypropylenecompany EPPC ) at Port said city

Experience :

 Making all tests to the final product ( polypropylene )
 Issuing the classification certificate of polypropylene grades based on technical specification.
 Making calibration to the lab Equipment.
 Participating in R&D of polypropylene grades (Fiber - Raffia - mold -
Blown film - cast film - pipes - thermoforming).
 Giving advices to the operation department to repair any deviation in the product
To make sure that the product has high quality.
 Making reports to the lab manger and discussing Quality problems.
 Participating in customer service team and customer technical support.
 Training the new comers to the lab.
 Following up the periodic maintenance of the lab equipment.
 Handling the purchase requests and lab requirements
 Have experience in Gas and LPG Analysis by using GCs (RGA, LHA, low ox, CO/CO2 Analyzer, Head space and Green oil) Varian and HP.
 Have experience in water Analysis ( RO, boilers, cooling tower )




From 1-5-2007 till 1-9-2012working as lab chemist in the laboratory for
( OPC ) ORIENTAL PETROCHEMICAL COMPANY for polypropylene manufacturing
El Sukhna city Sues.


*working in petrochemicals lab .

Executing all analysis to the polypropylene ( the final product ):

MFI, Xylene Soluble, color of pellet(Yellowness Index), Pellet size, average particle
size, fines, Bulk Density, Catalyst and Additives.
QC Activity in Finish Product - like Gel Rating (Small-Big Gel), Filterability, Flexural Modulus, Moisture, Tensile Strength, Impact.

By using the following devices :

( Melt flow indexer ( tinusolsen), XRF, HPLC, ICP, DSC, FT-IR, I ZOD,
HAZE GARD, Yellowness index device, Tensile strength device, Injection molding machine, Extruder, Cast film machine, press machine )

*working in Gas lab

Executing all analysis to Gas and LPG by using GC Technique (HP type).
( methane, ethane, propane, propylene, cyclopropane, n-butane, methyl acetylene,
pentane, hexane, butadiene)-(oxygen, nitrogen)-(carbon mono oxide, carbon dioxide)
(Sulfur components).
Head space for polypropylene.
Making calibration to GC
Making revision on the test methods daily.
Collect propylene samples from ships.
Measure The Moisture content of gases by (SHAW METER).

*Working in Water Lab :

Make all chemical analysis for (cooling water, Boiler, make up, City water & any
unknown samples).
Making analysis On Spectrophotometer (HACH DR2010)
Executethe following Chemical analysis of water :
(PH, TDS, Conductivity, M&P-Alkalinity, TH, Ca- Hardness, Cl, Fe, PO4, Zn, Silica, ...................).
Preparation of chemical reagents to be used in routine work
