Assesses client thoroughly according to his specific need.
•Identify nursing needs of the patient and give/evaluate nursing care. Inform nurse supervisor before nursing care rendered.
•Takes and records vital sign and inform head nurse if there is abnormality detected.
•Record client complaint/history of present/past illness.
•Weight patient
•Observe for any untoward sign and symptom for allergy.
•Perform nursing procedure like sponging patient during febrile and wound dressing.
•Assist the Medical Record officer by keeping all the records of the patients.
•Records and file the documents of the patients and arrange the individual treatment records according to each hospital number.
•Maintain patient privacy.
•Maintain good personal relationship with patient’s family and health team in the hospital.
•Report to nurse supervisor of any immediate problem arising during the shift.

Responsible for greeting guests and check-in patients; determine the nature of their business and directing them to the appropriate staff.
•Answer calls and inquiries quickly and redirect to the appropriate contact when necessary.
•Interview patients to complete insurance and privacy forms.
•Perform the tasks of creating, distributing and updating daily patient schedule to the physician.
•Assist client on medication refill request (old client).
•Enter patients’ details onto computer systems.
•Schedule and confirm patient appointments, check-ups and physician referrals.
•Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
•Compile and record medical charts, reports, and correspondence.
•Maintain and regularly demonstrate a respect and regard for the dignity of all patients families, visitors, and fellow employees; ensure a professional, responsible, and courteous environment.
•Maintain a clean, safe, and patient friendly work environment; ensure supplies are stocked and available, demonstrate proper body mechanics.
•Maintaining inventory of supplies and ordering stock.
