In Salah gas project: ENI/Equinor/Sonatrach (JV): Krechba-Algeria
• Responsible for the safe and efficient operations of gas plant facilities, including gas separation facilities, dehydration, Acid gas removal, utilities.
• Facilitate attainment of operations excellence and customer satisfaction via operations productivity, reliability, quality, and continuous improvements.
• Coordinates activities with maintenance, construction and outside services to complete unit outages, equipment installation, modifications and repairs.
• Reviews operations procedures in accordance with the requirements of Sonatrach and BP standards
• Provide operations support and participate incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis. Identify and implement sustainable corrective action.
• Leads risk assessments meetings and ensures the implementation of the actions.
• Develop, train, and promote top performing personnel who achieve success, foster open communication, performance driven and results oriented.
• Direction and guidance based on technical feedback from Engineering and Maintenance for troubleshooting, maintenance, repair and test activities.
• Familiar with all types of drawing PFD, P&ID, isometric, electrical and instrumentation.

• Ensure of the respect of policies and procedures whilst challenging each of these to ensure optimum delivery of a safe shutdown.
• Ensure Health, Safety & Environment plans are in place for facility major work, turnarounds and shutdowns.
• Track all Pre shutdown preparation works through periodic shutdown meetings
• Work closely with Operations to ensure they provide the necessary isolation procedures and drawings for facility turnarounds.
• Leads risk assessments meetings and ensures the implementation of the actions.
• Familiar with all types of drawing PFD, P&ID, isometric, electrical and instrumentation.
• Preparation and review for cleaning and isolation procedures
• Assistance with scheduling of the shutdown plan to optimize POB and resource levels.
• Daily shutdown meetings during the shutdown period (shutdown, Drain, Flush, Purge, Vent and Isolate, Scope completion, N2 Leak Testing, ).
• Monitor and report progress of all Shutdown/project and all activities to ensure planned delivery dates are achieved.
