• Worked for many mega and small projects in Makkah (Hotels, shopping malls, Steel structures, Fencing Projects, and Factories).
• Following and coordinating with different designers. review design and SD, participate in communicating with authorities and nearby projects, Issue RFI's and review RFP's, time plans, specs, scope of work, procurement plan, site coordination plan, in addition to preparation of pouring plans and planning for work sequences to complete projects within timeline limitations and budget constraints.
• Preparing site logistic plans and updating them periodically, including all requirements such as project traffic plans, mobilization plans, phasing plans, cranes studies, equipment maneuvering plans, concrete pumps and boom placers logistics, loading, and unloading strategies, and I am expert in this task.
• Delegating, supporting, and assigning responsibility and tasks of site engineers and supervisors liaising with off-site designers, and facilitating change management activities for department and staff of more than 250 individuals.
• Interviewed, hired, and trained new overseas workers, managed hiring for certain roles, and actively coordinated talent management and recruitment.
• Implemented systems to improve process efficiency and reduce project duration.
• Guided and directed third-party inspectors through project construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Monitored supply levels and identified cost-effective materials to reduce project expenses.
• Supervised and monitored subcontractor operations and applied effective time, processes, resource and cash management strategies to deliver under-budget project completion.
• Attended weekly meetings and on-site meetings with subcontractors, suppliers, and all stakeholders.
• Created daily, weekly, and monthly reports and presentations for management team.
• Resolved issues between engineers, workers, and subcontractors using company policies, and conducted site visits to inspect work implement all safety requirements to maintain zero site accidents, and lost workdays for 3 years.

Work in 5 stars hotel construction for 3 main packages:
1- Section Engineer for Façade installation of 24, 000 m2 (GRC, Aluminum cladding, stone cladding, glass,
and curtain walls) The main work for me in this project 2- Public floors finish 7 floors (4000m2 per floor) Gypsum Board, Tiles, Painting, Carpentry..Etc
2- Typical floors finish 27 floors (71 guestrooms per floor)
- Site Supervision and Coordination between different activities on site.
- Find best innovations to simplify installation process.
- Follow up the Fabrication, Delivery, Storage, and Installation for every item.
- Issue all the required reports, RFI's, Change orders, and missing details drawings.
- Prepared variety of different written communications, reports and documents.
- Created plans and communicated deadlines to complete projects on time.
- Saved cost by implementing cost-saving initiatives that addressed long-standing problems.
