 Assisting with Technical & Procurement departments for the preparation of Material Submittals (new & incorporating comments from Consultant/PMC/Employer).
 Coordination with supplier & sub-contractors for the preparation/submission of Material Submittals.
 Ensure Material proposals for approval are being submitted as per QDVC & Project standards.
 Maintain document control of tracking Material submissions/approvals on a daily basis.
 Analysis of Material register and Weekly reporting of Material summary (cumulative - Direct & Sub-Contractor) to Project Manager and Technical Manager.
 Coordination & preparation of Technical Note & Change Request in coordination with technical team.
 Coordination between technical team and ICE (Consultant) as and when necessary.
 Sub-contractor prequalification auditing, reporting, follow-up audit finding & closure.
 Assisting with Quality team (ITP, Inspection Reports, Material Receiving, etc.) as per the instruction of Quality Manager.
 Coordination and preparation of Quality Record Package (QRP)/Project Handover Dossier.

Control, implement and update IMS manual & procedures of the company - ISO 9001:2008; ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 certified company.

Act as Management Representative of the company for all QA/QC needs of whole projects including continuous assessment towards ISO certifications.

Maintain company ISO Certifications through educating personnel, periodic internal audits / external audits, reporting and taking corrective & preventive measures, as necessary.

Review system & procedures and issue NCR/CAR where necessary and follow up for close out.

Coordinate Management Review Meetings and prepare Action Schedules and follow up for close out.

Conduct / arrange periodic training (internally/externally), refresher and awareness programs and courses for existing and new employees through HR/Administration Department.

Collect necessary data from different departments to prepare measurable company quality objectives as per the procedure and presenting in an appropriate graphical charts.

Prepare & obtain approvals of quality related documents for all projects (i.e. PQP. MS, ITP, POC etc.).

Monitor and assist site QA/QC Engineers/inspectors/Project Managers/Engineers for daily quality activities of entire projects.

Coordination between Client/Consultant for project specified material submissions & approvals.

Maintain and monitor project related documents for final hand over (Project Dossier) in coordination with project in-charge & QC inspectors as per the requirements from Client/Consultant.

Also responsible to assist Director-Operations & General Manager for any daily operational issues.

Additionally act as PROJECT MANAGER/COORDINATOR to analyze some important project requirements (contracts/planning/resources/procurement/documentation) and advise/support project engineer/in-charge and coordinate between top management & client/consultant to fulfill the project requirements.

Preparation of Commercial Estimate with Construction Specifications for tendering.
Attend meetings and provide Tender justification according to CPWD specification.
Coordinating with clarifications for construction detail between client and contractor.
Ensure Safety and Quality at work place is as per CPWD specifications/client’s requirements.
Supervision of all construction activities at site.
Preparation/verification of Measurement Book and Running Account Bills.

Periodic and stage-wise inspection of Construction works, in line with Project Specifications of all onshore activities with intimation of Inspection Request to Consultant.
Monitor daily activities and prepare daily progress report with progress pictures.
Control of receiving materials and identify all non conformity items as per the specification.
Issue NCRs if the work does not comply with Project specifications, agreed procedures and close the NCRs with corrective/preventive actions.
Co-coordinate with project personnel on problem areas, if any and coordinate subcontract works to assure their compliance with Project Quality requirements.
Report on project quality issues regularly to Project/Construction Manager.
Report material data base on daily and weekly basis and check material invoices.
Update over view of rock materials (LPO vs. Supply).
Prepare registers of all quality related documents.
Maintain a filing system of all quality related documents.
Prepare required hand-over documentation at the end of the project

Responsible for carrying out Inspection of stage wise construction works, as defined by the Project Specifications and Inspection & Test Plan of all activities including subcontract works prior to give Inspection Request to Client/Consultant.
Inspect receipt materials/equipment as per the supporting documents and identify any non conformity.
Make a Non Conformance Report for the items, which is not passed under Quality check.
Advising/coordinating with the QA-QC Engineer/Construction Manager of problem areas, if any and coordinate subcontract works to comply with Project Quality Requirements.
Issue NCRs if the work is not complying with the Project specifications, agreed procedures and close the NCRs with corrective or preventive actions.
