My key responsibilities include: 1. Key Account Contact for Major Oil Co, Drilling Sector, EPC & Fabricators, covering upstream customers. 2. Development of Corrosion Control Business in Saudi Arabia with special focus on my key accounts. 3. Development of Lubricants (Specialty & General) by introducing products through technical sales & value addition to customer process. 4. Providing technical support to customers in terms of selection of equipment during design & support during Installation & Commissioning of equipment. Getting the products approved with consultants & clients for the projects. 5. Business Development by Market Analysis, strategy development, planning & executing the goals set. Introducing new products/partners in the market to diversify profile & to peak the growth curve My Role involves: 1. Preparing Business Plan & Budgets, Gathering market info, customer intelligence. 2. Selecting Customers - for target sales based on Application/Industry 3. Visiting End Users - Educating about capabilities via technical discussion, presentations etc 4. Identifying existing problems or creating scope for new applications 5. Identifying the solution required ( within our partner companies or other companies) 6. Submitting technical specification to customers for approval 7. follow up for clarifications, issues etc 8. Negotiate the commercial terms & conditions 9. Identify new sources & develop suppliers to partners enhancing our skills to offer solutions. 10. Making road maps/landscape inline with Business Plan & identified customers, setting short term/long term goals, creating check points for evaluation of progress. Reevaluating the plans/goals based on market information 11. Submitting Monthly/Quarterly basis to highlight the progress & future road map to the management for review & get the required support to progress the plan. 12. Review performances both individual & team for evaluation, ensuring progress.

My role involved
1. Project Billing for all projects in the state of Andhra Pradesh
2. Monthly Cash Flow Statements - for prediction of revenue
3. WIP (Work in Progress Report) on a monthly basis to determine the progress & cash flow.
4. Attending weekly progress meetings with clients and interacting with them at all levels
5. Sales meetings - commercial & technical discussions
6. Costing & Estimation at the time of quotation for tenders which also includes negotiations with vendors
7. Project Planning with the Site Engineers to ensure their requirements are completely met
8. Approving the material requisition, reviewing supplier quotations, negotiating prices from approved supplier and to get the Management approval
9. Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales
10. Prepare Technical Comparison Sheet based on the B.O.Q. & quotations received & finalizing the vendors on Technical grounds
11. To Negotiate, and Finalize the prices & other Commercial Terms & Conditions with suitable supplier
12. Prepare the Procurement/Expediting Status Report to the management, to ensure that the delivery schedule committed by vendor will meet the project schedule
13. Expedite the supplier by means of visits to supplier’s workshop in coordination with QC
14. Developing new/alternate sources for the benefit of the company to achieve savings/improve
