Responsibilities:
Job involves day to day maintenance activities in process plant as well as utilities area The work will involve testing/calibration, troubleshooting, repair, overhaul, corrective Preventive Breakdown maintenance.
Loop checking, Testing, Commissioning and Logic testing of process control instruments on Hydraulic safety shutdown system on Gas Injection Platform. Worked on shutdown valves (Pneumatic & hydraulic) Blow down valves, & shutdown control boxes. Fusible Plug systems, CO2 release system. Insoles in loop checking, logic checking & calibration of detectors H2S, HC, Open path, IR flame detectors, Heat detectors & fusible loops.
To make instrument checklist, calibration reports, Handling of shifts independently for continuous plant. Working knowledge of Honeywell System, ESD of TRICONIX and Vibration System of Bentley Nevada (SERIES 3500) and other control systems.
Responsibilities:
Calibration of all type gauges. (pressure gauge & temperature gauge)
Commissioning & Pre Commissioning working use in HART Communicator (375 & 275) to simulation milliamp percentage and calibration of zero and span.
Tubing of all Instruments DPIT, FIT, PIT and Control Valve.
Loop Testing of all Instruments in JBS to CCR Panel.
Installation of all Instruments in field Work e.g. (FIT, PIT, DPIT, FDI, GDP, GDR, GDT).
Cables are used in multiple Digital & Analog on DCS System. Be able to work in cold & hart loop testing.
Be able to work cable link, dressing of all cables, cable terminating in CCR Panel & JBS.

Various types of Control valves and on off Valves of, Abb, Fisher, Masoneilan.Control Valves and their accessories like Valve positioners, I/P converters, limit Switches, proxy detectors, and Booster relays, lock up relays. Pneumatic transmitters, controllers etc.
Smart / Hart Protocol devices And Test Equipments
Maintain and use of various types of calibration and test equipments used in process industries. Such as dead weight tester, Pneumatic panels, Standard- receiver gauges, hand held communicators used to communicate smart and hart protocol devices, simulating devices for pressure, temperature process variables. Wobulator for vibration, Hand pumps for high pressure.
Field and interlock devices
AP, GP, DP.Type process transmitters (Smart and Hart Protocol Type) of Yokogawa, Rosemount, Ultrasonic flow meter, vibration detection instruments.
