I worked as a freelancer with clients on various HR-related matters such as Manpower planning, organization structure, HR policy and procedures, grades structure, salary scale, and performance management program.
I have supported organizations in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and short-listing candidates. Drafting employment contracts, conducting and negotiating agreements with agencies, and outsourcing companies.
In addition, providing consultation and advice on best practices and legal matters and ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law.
- Plan, manage and coordinate all human resources initiatives; recruitment, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations.
- Manage recruitment full cycle (manpower planning, identify resources, prepare and update job description, gather and evaluate CVs, conduct or arrange interviews, negotiate offers, etc.).
- Providing specialist information and guidance to employees and managers on HR policy and practice and local labor law.
- Managing the annual performance appraisals process for the organization
- Controlling costs & budgets.
- Conducting interviews and reference checks on job applicants.
- Investigating disciplinary and grievance matters.
- Developing HR policies, procedures and processes manual
