Deciding the best ways to schedule projects/audits
Decide how best to allocate audit resources, and improve audit procedures/processes
Oversee each work performed by peers or subordinates
Resolve issues that fall out of normal procedures
Create an audit engagement scope
Make sure that field work(s) are completed
Prepare audit reports reflecting the results of the work performed
Design creative ways to train subordinates, and monitor output delivery
Decide how best to respond to customers, while increasing quality and pace overtime
Identifying and preventing issues and taking time to nullify negative impacts or increase benefits
Report to the Supervisory Committee and to organization’s management, audit results, and observations
Working independently, receiving day-to-day instructions, with general guidance on assignments
Coming up with ways to improve processes, services, and products to internal and external customers.

• Report to CEO / Board of Directors .
• Monitoring and posting all clients and suppliers invoices.
• Follow up with clients for their dues. Posting and allocating the necessary transactions and make sure aging is up to date.
• Preparing and posting all ledger entries: asset depreciation, monthly expenses, salaries, end of service indemnity, accruals, deferred sales…
• Preparing intercompany Forex exchange excel sheet and posting the respective entries.
• Preparing the following monthly reports:
o Sales accrual report.
o Client spending report.
o Intercompany billing report.
Preparing the monthly Balance sheet, profit and loss, budget analysis report and any other duties required
• Handling ATC finance Department
• In charge of the preparation & presentation of all the financial statements related to ATC to board of director
• Preparing Quarterly budget reports and reporting to the board of directors
• Administer & Monitor accounting functions/ cash flow and prepare various financial reports.
• Ensure alignment of the financials against the forecasted budget and highlight major deviations to the CEO and board of director
• Handling all administration and office related issues
• In charge of preparing all related staff Visa’s
• Negotiating with various suppliers on the CASH discount /EPD

• Report to Finance Director.
• Monitoring and posting all clients and suppliers invoices.
• Follow up with clients for their dues. Posting and allocating the necessary transactions and make sure aging is up to date.
• Preparing and posting all ledger entries: asset depreciation, monthly expenses, salaries, end of service indemnity, accruals, deferred sales…

• In charge of the preparation & presentation of all the financial statements related to GroupM

• Administer & Monitor accounting functions/ cash flow and prepare various financial reports.
• Ensure alignment of the financials against the forecasted budget and highlight major deviations to the Group CFO

Preparing and sending monthly invoices to clients .
Account Receivables :
• Following with the clients on setteling their dues and posting and allocating the necessary tranactions, and make sure that the aging is up to date .
Account Payables :
• Preparing on monthly basis payables to suppliers and posting all related transactions


• Preparing and posting all ledger entries : asset depreciation, monthly expenses, supplier (cost invoives), end of survice indemnity, accruals, deffered sales, …
• Preparing reconciliations :Bank Clients Suppliers and inter companies to make sure that it is always reconciled and up to date .

• Preparing the inter-company Forex exchange excel sheet and posting the respective entry .
• Preparing the new business development report.
• Preparing the aging of sales of accruals report.
• Preparing the client spending report.
• Preparing the inter-company billing report.
• Assisting finance manager in the preparation of the balance sheet, profit and loss statement budget analysis and any other operational analysis and duties required

• Preparing cost allocation reports and reconciling with project managers .
• Assisting the cost controller in preparing the necessary budgets for all the project based in :Qatar, UAE, Lebanon and Algeria
• Preparing and posting all ledger entries : asset depreciation, monthly expenses, supplier (cost invoives), end of survice indemnity, accruals, deffered sales, …
• Preparing reconciliations :Bank Clients Suppliers and inter companies to make sure that it is always reconciled and up to date .
