1. Leading and managing high-potential teams for various Aerospace and Defense projects, including those in defense public sector undertakings. Liaising with SSQAG, R&QA, DGAQA, CABS-QCD, ASL-DRDL, BEL, ADA, ADE, ECIL, HAL & NAL.

10. Developing and maintaining a quality control plan that identifies the critical quality characteristics of the organization's products and services, as well as the methods, techniques, and tools for controlling and monitoring these characteristics.
11. Ensuring that all quality records, such as inspection reports, non-conformance reports, corrective action reports, and customer feedback, are maintained in accordance with the requirements of AS9100D.
12. Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and identify areas for improvement.
13. Ensuring that all corrective actions resulting from non-conformities, customer complaints, or other sources are taken promptly and effectively.
