A. Financial Planning.

The requirement for the financial planning process determined through the following:-

 Identify financial goals.
 Setting the policies and procedures
 The formulation of programs and financial rules that enable the establishment for the implementation of financial policies and procedures.
 Estimate the budget estimates for the financial needs of the facility.

B. Providing funds and financial facilities in a timely and appropriate amounts .
This is done by searching for sources of funding both internal and external to choose the suitable funding terms taking to consideration financial leverage.

D. Investment funds ( assets management ) : Operation and Control
Effective assets management and capital expenditure are essential to the continuity development and growth of any company they are closely linked to the goals, mission, vision, and the strategies plan of the Company.
The purpose of this procedure is to ensure that operating and capital expenditure by the company planned, evaluated, authorized implemented, monitored and reported in a systematic manner to meet.

Job Objective: Supervise & monitor the account of asset management.


Job Description:
1. Execute financial and accounting procedures approved by the Company and assign jobs to the Staff.
2. Approve financial document within the authority.
3. Monitor all the outgoing and incoming documents related to accounts and ensure that it's properly signed.
4. Monitor the booking entries and approved them before recording and ensure proper accounting.
5. Supervise recording to the all financial documents to their respective accounts as per accounting according to the applicable computer programs.
6. Ensure accurateness of monthly and annual closing of the accounts.
7. Supervise preparation of trial balance and periodic financial reports with analyze to management.
8. Monitoring the banks accounts and the Cash follow for finding ingoing activities.
9. Monitor and supervise all transactions relates to Accounts payables and Accounts Receivable.
10. Monitor and supervise all A/P and A/R through Bank L/Cs, L/Gs and checking terms and conditions of payments and delivery terms.
11. Negotiating with Banks for betters terms and conditions of Bank facilities,
12. Preparing the yearly budget plan with all departments related to their trading activities (sales cost of sales and operation expenses).
13. Prepare reports performance analyzes of the actual the end year with budget plan for the same year.
14. Coordinate with external auditor and facilitate their jobs to finalize and year audited balance sheet.
15. Study, evaluate, negotiating and monitoring all kind of insurance policies.
16. Project financial and accounts Management control related to many contracts awarded to our Company from different clients like Armco Jabil Petro chemical and Rabic Power plant and many Construction Projects.
