27 years experience in design; construction; project; programme; portfolio; and development management.
 Extensive experience in managing $1+ billion construction and development programs and portfolios.
 Extensive Client-side program/portfolio management (Projects Control) experience.
 Extensive international design, construction supervision and projects management experience and understanding of multi-cultural organizations and project teams.
 Extensive experience in building project and development management teams and organizations.
 International project initiation and development coordination. Frequently engaged in evaluating and coordinating international solicitations and contracts and in the mitigation of differences between contract parties.
 Extensive change management experience; principally the extrication, liquidation or revival of troubled projects including the shared responsibility for legal and budgetary constraints.
 Experienced as trust fund manager, budget manager and as building assessor.
 Extensive experience as the authorized legal representative of the client in diverse project teams whilst managing all external stakeholders.
