1- Recruitment & Selection:
Receive recruitment requests & update the JDs with the Dept. Managers
Prepare & post the job ads using different recruitment channels such as: online recruitment websites, business groups’ postings, Recruitment Agencies, internal job announcement, etc.
Collect & screen applicants’ CVs.
Conduct Interviews for the selected candidates and coordinate interviews for the Dept. Managers with the shortlisted applicants.

2-Relationship Management:
Establish & fully manage the new "Sales Helpdesk Unit" as follows:
Provide technical assistance and support to address queries related to systems within the given authority or re-direct the query to the correct source (systems used are; Workflow-Spider-OPUS-IMS-Oracle).
Receive sales staff queries related to :
- EFSA Registration; (i.e. Training, EFSA codes, exams, documents needed, fees …. etc.)
-Benefits queries; (i.e. Medical Cover, Laptops, Group life polices …... etc.)
- Compensation queries; (i.e. statements, payment delay …. etc.)
- Production queries; (i.e. Achievements, Recoding, production …. etc.)
-Legal issues; (i.e. HR letters, Contracts, Hiring documents, R&I requirement, etc.)
-Sales Training queries in coordination with the training department.
-Separation Procedures; (Resignation, exit interview and separation process)
Handle all kinds of complaints/grievances from the sales team or re-direct them to the compliance if related to fraud or code of conduct.
Record all grievances & complaints cases in details with supporting documents including action taken.
Liaise with all the departments to ensure smooth running of sales activities and resolve conflicts.
