• Ensuring proper evaluation of the performance of government entities and vision realization programs
• Eliciting the right supporting documents for the performance data from the government entities to achieve better validation for the performance reports
• Assessment and analysis of both actuals and supporting documents provided by the government entities for their performance
• Reviewing the government entities KPIs and identifying areas of improvement
• Support entities to identify risks and challenges associated with the entity performance

Deal with vendors and off-site consultants to ensure project deliverables
Projects:
SAMA Enterprise resource planning (ERP) Objective: To improve the level of automation in Administration functions (Finance, HR, and Procurement) and enhance the existing processes by implementing a newer solution.
Budget Planning Objective: Establish a comprehensive functional & technical design for the SAP BPC solution in order to deliver a Budgeting solution into SAMA.
Audit management Objective: improving an automating the processes of the internal audit department using SAP audit management application.
(Worked on renewing the bank customer database, supporting the payment processing team, reviewing customers applications against the required standards and regulations)
