responsible for ensuring that all equipment is maintained at a high degree of efficiency and reliability, providing supervision and direction to all personnel regarding maintenance process functions, that all necessary systems are in-place and functional for successful maintenance processes (including work order systems, planning & scheduling systems and preventive maintenance systems).
Also, responsible for:
- Mechanical maintenance in the plant of producing white cheese, yogurt, drinking yogurt, boding and cream cheese.
- Developing preventive maintenance plans for entire plant machineries.
- Ensure coordination with warehouse department on spare parts availability.
- resolving machinery breakdowns - periodic follow-up on all maintenance operations in all shifts to ensure uniformity of work.
- Developing reduction of costs methods allocated to the maintenance of machinery.
- Reporting according to the stated quality systems and HACCP and ISO in all maintenance stages.
- Review and approve regular reports on the progress of maintenance work and means to overcome technical issues.
- Evaluate employers’ performance.
- Advise the Community Works Engineers of required major repairs or replacements for all equipment .
Responsible for:
- Executing designs of American experts for production lines.
- Designing, drawing, and executing service lines (steam, water, compressed air, and refrigeration) as well as piping supports.
- Installation of piping networks (including fittings, valves, balancing devices, etc) and estimation of their quantities
- Designing and executing water and compressed air stations.
- Implementing steam station (in collaboration with Catec co.).
- Duct fabrication, hanger installation and hanger spacing
- Performing after- installing tests for machines.
- Complete knowledge of the equipment hookup, including chillers, pumps and fcus
- Installation of the TETRA PAK carton filling machines (TBA 8 & TPA 19)
- Programming control panels in collaboration with production and control management.
- preparing technical articles and statistics.
- Management of all works on site
- TETRA PAK maintenance and spare parts
- Make the annual preventive maintenance plan.
- Developing maintenance treatments.
- Arranging and coding for the spare parts inventory.
- Coding machine parts as well as the spare parts to ease maintenance procedures.
- Recording machine history.
- Preparing daily check lists.
- Evaluating technicians monthly.
- Preparing monthly reports of the management performance for the high management.
Responsible for:
-welding and scrubbing teams
-Maintaining and rehabilitating machinery and tanks.
-Sharing installation manager for executing drawings (Canadian expert).
-Reviewing welded parts
