Register the Group’s trademarks as well as its commercial agencies.

Preparation of the Articles of Association, Memorandum of Association; Due Diligence; Acquisitions; Joint Venture; Agreements ‘Services Agreement, Management Agreement, Shareholders Agreement’ and any other instruments which the partners of the entity may require to structure the relationship between themselves.
