Responsibilities include Quantity estimation, rate analysis, Preparing & Checking of IPC, Shop drawings, Bar bending schedule, Reconciliation, Escalation/de-Escalation and Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly Progress Reports for China. Maintain Record of check request. Bills of Sub-Contractors/Suppliers and correspondence to consultant and Client. Prepare X-sections for cutting and filling.
Responsibilities include Preparing & Checking of Running Bills Quantity estimation, rate analysis, rate analysis for extra items, Shop drawings, Bar bending schedule, Reconciliation, Bills of Sub-Contractors/Suppliers Preparation of Technical Sanction, Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly Progress Reports. Maintain Record of drawing issued to site. And correspondence to Client & Emailing.
