•Establish and maintain costing information system for each manufacture, product, and project.
•Prepare monthly costing report and provide it to the top management in order to assess performance and correct deviations, if any.
•Perform and supervise month-end cost accounting duties.
•Analyze cost statements and make recommendations to the top management and other managements (Production, sales).
•Oversee the follow-up and implementation of the job orders costing system.
•Work on indirect cost allocation based on ABC costing system.
•Monitor and analyze expenses and compare it with the estimated and make a report about variances.
•Set product standard costs, analyzing changes, ensuring standard costs are reasonable and competitive.
•Prepare products costing sheets and compare with selling price to get into the profit margin for each product.
•Prepare sales mix scenarios that achieves the highest profitability for the company by using the actual cost of the products.
•Prepare monthly movement of raw materials consumed and determine rates of spoilage and wastage.
•Develop and maintain accounting information system for warehouses.
•Providing performance report and KPi’s based on responsibility accounting.
•Prepare the feasibility studies for new projects.
•Offers suggestions and researches in the field to reduce the cost of products.
•Supervising the staff work & evaluating their work group.
•Prepare costing statements of all activities (crystal tech., - crystal - CFC - central workshop).
•Allocate and distribute service department costs (production service) by using step-down and reciprocal methods.
•Allocate and distribute marketing and admin costs.
•Prepare products costing sheets.
•Prepare cost and profitability of items.
•Monitor and analyze stores transactions (withdraw & add).
•Share to prepare the feasibility studies.
• Accounting and bookkeeping for about 20 Pharmacies.
•Preparing financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
•Implementing the accounting system and supervise the system and reporting.
•Follow up collect the due revenue of customer.
•Follow up the accounts payable (vendors, creditors, etc...).
•Preparation bank reconciliation.
•Preparation Monthly Sales Tax Report.
