 I established the dept. from scratch, and in a very short time it became a reference and role model to be followed for all MOH medical cities

 Set the job description for the department staff.
 Prepared and print different media materials to educate both staff and patients/families of patients’ rights and responsibilities.
 Approved the department mission, vision, values, goals and objectives.
 Designed different internal department forms.
 Established communication channels with patients / sitters and visitors.
 Completed different statistics and patients satisfaction reports which be reported to the CEO monthly.
 Established an electronic reporting program for patient’s concerns, problems and solutions.
 Trained and educate new hired staff.
 Participated in different committees related to patients’ rights.
