Currently I am working in Tech Implement Pvt Ltd (Software House) as HR & Admin Manager for last 1 year. I have designed the Company’s Manual, Employee Book, Job Descriptions and Dependability policy for the company. Following are the major responsibilities which I am currently performing being a HR & Admin Manager:
Recruitment & Selection:
• Hiring of new entrants; permanent, trainees & contract employees, follow-up for Renewal of contracts, monitoring during probation of regular employees and trainees.
• Designing and conducting appropriate recruitment instruments/tests, interviews, new employee orientations & JDs.
Performance Appraisals:
• Facilitating through ‘staff dialogue’ in coordination with Departments.
• Facilitating in setting up annual targets and issuing letters to employees in line with all departments.
Policies & Procedures:
• Active part in policies’ making and defining procedures in collaboration with management.
• Providing assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
Personnel Administration:
• Issuing letters to employees for acceptance of resignation / retirement, experience certificate, warning etc.
• Arranging travel, local and foreign, and payment / settlement of allowances.
• Arranging in coordination with Corporate Finance and all the Departments for the provisions and budget.
•Handle and manage recruitment activities such as sourcing, interviewing and selecting suitable candidates according to company's requirement.
• Ensuring timely and accurate processing of the monthly payroll.
• Verify all overtime claims, salary deductions / allowances before payroll processing.
• Observe the Performance appraisal of employees.
Purchasing of IT Equipment such as computers are laptops.
• Generate and maintain monthly HR reports.
My Key responsibilities in Khan Law Company as an Manager Administration & Human Resource includes to make their duty rosters, generate their monthly attendance as well as take care of company employee’s relations, making of the staff salary, salary distribution and capital management.
• Arranged a meeting with all the team members of compliance, discussed and identified the issues and assured them to sort out the issues to the earliest.
• Motivated the Compliance Department to work as a team so that we could achieve our objectives in the greater interest of the PTCL.
• I assured that the daily data record sheet of agents would be generated so that any individual’s performance could be checked, also maintained the same databases on the sub Departmental Levels as well as on Departmental Level to ensure the productivity of individual, sub departments and as a whole for the overall department.
• Started communication with all the operations departments (Backend Support, Exchanges and concerned SSC’s ) in all the regions regarding all PTCL Products on Individual Customer Level.(Private Customer Only).
• Also Keeping a coordination with Product Owners regarding New Arrivals and Promotional Packages from time to time to ange precise number of agents required on a given date.
• Most Important of all Kept direct involvement with the most sensitive part of CC, i.e. Training Department, also assisted them to design Trainings so that It would not effect the overall performance of CC during the Training session in the better interest of PTCL.
• Directly involved with the Quality Assurance Department to maintain Qualitative level to the highest to keep PTCL’s image on the Paramount.
• Later on after finding out some issues regarding communication among different departments, purposed an internal portal so that all the departments (at individual level) could stay in-touch with each other. This effort helped the CC Departments to work with more efficiency and effectiveness, for example agents from all the shifts were on much ease to find out and to apply for there leaves. Portal also helped the managerial part of the CC to find out the more precise facts & figures of the workforce at CC. The Portal Name is E-Roster.
I’ve worked in Mindbridge Communications as CSR & an Admin Officer 1 year. I used to make take inbound calls from clients as CSR and to look after the employees issues, their duty rosters, generate their monthly attendance as well as take care of company employee’s relations.
I’ve worked With Blueberet Technologies as Admin & HR Executive .I was promoted as Training Coordinator. Frequently I used to give training to Staff on new Products.
