• Provided the processes and structures for the engineering teams to effectively resolve safety, quality and technical issues, deployed process machinery, utilities like water system, boiler, generator, air compressor, HVAC, fire protection, clean room, etc.
• Monitored and controlled timelines and costs, allowing the company to complete projects on time and under budget; in addition provided inputs for product protection like avoiding cross contamination.
• Supervised the operation & maintenance of HVAC system for the existing factory and initial production plan & shift plan
• Directed Preventive and Routine maintenance of production machinery and power generation and distribution systems for the running factory.
• Kept updated on new developments and technologies, methodologies, procedures, processes and equipment to the company in a proactive manner. Resolved that corrective/ Preventative actions address Quality, Technical, and Manufacturing issues.
