1-Approval for the repair.
2-Check POP.
3-Follow up with the repair and make sure we reaching the target.
4-Check the CompTIA code.
5-Make sure the employee get their target.
6-All parts issued to be closed on the same day.
7-One day diagnosis - no backlog or pending for diagnosis.
8-Technicians vacation, break time and late coming management.
9-On spots to be increased.
10-KBB return on time. No KBB to be pending for more than 3 days after issue.
11-Parts pending for more than 7 days to be escalated to logistics team.
12-Pending approvals from customer to be followed up and closed.
13-Diagnosis fees to be charged on all rejected (Non-Successful GSX repairs).
14-Quality Assurance. Make sure all technicians are up to date with Apple procedures.
15-Cleanliness of the lab.
16-Keeping the customer units organized and technician desk to be clean.
17-Tools management.
18-Surprise check for repair and feedback to technicians.
19-Create repair.
