• Managed entire spectrum of all procurement functions right from reviewing orders, validating goods received, confirmation with the delivery note and purchase order until final settlement and processing of payment to suppliers.
• Oversaw accounts receivable and payable in addition to analysing the veracity of transactions recorded across various books of accounts maintained.
• Supervised entries of petty cash and the payroll, customer/vendor invoices, receipts, cash and bank (deposits, withdrawals, bank statement, bank reconciliation, remittance) and any other finance-related activities and processed all transactions after thorough checks.
