• Supervise a crew of 15 millwrights technician co-ordinate with the operation supervisor on the major activities and shut down jobs.
• Motivate and establish an on job training for all subordinates.
• Analyze and assess the team performance.
• Supervise multi crafts crow of 26 persons
• Organize, direct, and coordinate all plant wide maintenance activity during off working hours.
• Prepare work plan and shift schedule
• Write reports and perform assessment
• Lead the Emergency Rescue team, in crises and Emergencies.
Troubleshoot, repair, overhaul & maintain safety valves, pumps,
compressors, heat exchangers blowers, converters, conveyers.
• Troubleshoot, repair, overhaul & maintain pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, gas turbines, gas separators and pilot safety valves.
• Supervise and control the activities, time sheets, monthly Highlight report, spare part availability.
• Co-ordinate with the Operation supervisor on the major activities and shut down jobs.
