implementation and monitoring the development plan of the network, monitoring the
faults of the network and repair of it, monitoring the network loads to make it balanced,
maintenance of the transformer rooms and other matters that may influence the network
reliability and now I am responsible for the department of meters
inspect empty reefers to be ready for use by exporters and repair empty and filled reefers' faults in ports
Visiting companies in industrial places to expose and sell Measuring tools that have been used in the industrial processes like gauges, level transmitters, flow meters and temperature measurement devices
Maintenance engineer for electrical parts of the production line and the faults belong to the control
system like PLC errors, HMI (touch screen) and PC software and some hardware faults
There are two main parts of the factory
The first part is the syrup room (the process partition)
The second part is production lines
Glass production line contains filler machine (hot filling), capper machine, cooling tunnel, labeler,
and shrink machine (SMI)
PET production line and contains filler with its air conditioner, labeler, shrink machine, and its own
plastic factory (injection with their own chillers and heaters & blowing (SIDEL machine) )
I also worked at other factories on some faults and I helped the HVAC department on some problems
