HR Operations: Daily basis activities & smooth operations of the Department.
o Recruitment & Selection: Senior, Middle and Junior Level.
o Employee Relations: Point person for all staff regarding HR matters.
o Orientation & On-Boarding
o Training & Development
o Update and maintain operations manuals.
o HR Policies & Procedures Implementation: Maintain all personnel policies and procedures and
provide guidance and interpretation to staff.
o Compensation & Benefits
o Payroll Processing (Salaries & Incentives)
o Performance Management / Appraisals
o Research, implement and administer all company benefit plans
o Maintain knowledge of industry trends and make recommendations to Management for
improvement of organization’s policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters. .
o Talent Acquisition - Senior, Middle and Junior Level.
o Liaison with Different Govt. Institutions (EOBI, Social Security, Apprenticeship & Labor
Department)
o Develop effective relationships with all Departments
o Budgeting of the HR & Overall budget of the Company related to HR
o Disciplinary & Grievance Issue
o Exit Formalities (Exit Interview & Final Settlement)

Report To Human Resource Manager
• Responsible for providing support in the various Human Resources Functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling.
• Monitor daily attendance.
• Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions.
• Schedule and organize interviews
• Participate in applicant interviews
• Conduct reference checks on possible candidates
• Conduct exit interviews
• Promote workplace safety.
• Explain and provisions of the personnel policy.
• Explain employment standards and legislation
Receives telephone calls and answering the queries
Receives and tracks employment applications.
Assists with questions and problems courteously and promptly.
Obtains and conveys information as needed.
Maintains and projects the Company’s professional reputation.
Assists in training new employees.
Supports Department personnel as needed.
Coordinates with related departments as required.
Answers questions and provides assistance.
Attends and participates in meetings as required
Ensure secrecy whenever required
Types memos and letters as requested.
Stays well informed regarding human resource developments.
