• Single point of contact for data Center related issues. Ensure the smooth operation of daily backups and
restores. Provide end-user communication for service outages, system upgrades, service improvements,
service implementation, and service retirements. Procure IT related hardware and services when required.

Compliance requirement and audits. Manage Antivirus server and ensure timely patching. Identify areas for
process, improvement within Platform Services Operations, recommend solutions & assist in implementation.
• Handling IT procurement for the company for the operations and projects which covers Hardware, software’s,
license renewals, AMC’s, Performing routine audits of systems and software. Maintains strong collaborative
relationships with internal and external strategic partners as well as critical IT infrastructure service providers.
Provide LI support to all the employees in the organization Analyze user needs and recommend appropriate
hardware. Setup IT systems for new users. Assisting overseas customers on the phone with Technical Issues
on the computer. Processed a range of documentation and entered information into databases.
• Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of
computer programs and systems. Develop, document and revise system design procedures, test procedures,
and quality standards. Consult with management to ensure agreement on system principles.
• Analyze, design, develop and monitor trends in large and complex datasets to enable data-driven business
strategies. Identify unconventional data sources that can be used for understanding customer behavior,
identify ways that data can be captured and then use that data to further refine existing strategies.

data handling techniques if needed. Build data pipelines, includes implementing, testing, and maintaining
