• Formalizing and maintaining contract specific documentation such as contract management plans, PPM
schedule and health & safety document.
• Perform cost-benefit analysis and look after new ways for reduce cost.
• Track, manage, report, and plan facilities operations through CAFM administrative tools.
• Organize and maintain filing systems for the management and prepare lease summaries for new
tenants.
• Maintain tenants' database and update with emergency numbers.
• Carry out routine property visits where required and action maintenance requests from tenants in
managed properties.
• Coordinate with projects team and contractors to make sure that units are ready and match quality
standards before completion
• Inspect ready units along with the customer during home orientation in the final stages of handover and
make sure that a detailed snagging is carried out and follow up with the contractors and consultants for
work completion.
• Assist customers along with the maintenance and quality assurance team in defect liability period plan
& supervise the handover activities.
• Provide innovate solutions to ongoing challenges and ensure customer satisfaction and positive
customer experience.
• Manage the customer “snag list” i.e. comments, requests, etc, and address them through proper
communication, follow up, coordination and escalation with the related departments.
• Monitor current working practices, and effect changes in policies as and when required to enhance
quality, achieve customer satisfaction & welfare.
• Look after cost control and ensure adherence to the budget.

 Responsible for the administration and operation of the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system from an Operational Maintenance Perspective.
 Track, manage, report, and plan facilities operations through CAFM administrative tools.
 Monitor, plan and schedule both the PPM, reactive workloads and work orders for both in-house team (according to manpower shift schedules to effective completion within KPIs and SLAs) and Contractors.
 Coordinating & assisting Tradesman/workers for carrying out periodic site/maintenance work progress in all day to day activities, ensuring all technical works in accordance with specification and project management manual.
 Direct liaison with the Client or Clients Representatives and Client Contractors with AMC wherever necessary and follow up there reports with history references.
 CAFM Reporting and processing any identified deficiencies or concerns during any phase of the project, in accordance with company quality assurance procedures.
 Monitoring the costs and timescales, liaising with the clients and gaining approvals where necessary to re-allocate or provide additional resource.
 Avoid and close contract compliance, monitoring environmental factors and action planning, handling queries and client SR closing before time line.
 Keep close monitoring and take effective steps for KPI and SLA’s target achievements.
 ETS, JR, PPM & PPM abnormality, WMS, RA, WPT & TBT carryout and update.
 Look after of Duty Roster, Time Sheet and keep control site staff over time.
 Make sure implementation of client with company policy and OS&H Policy.
 Mystery Shopper Reports, Inspection Reports & CAP closing before time lime and CAFM Update accordingly.
 Preparation of soft & technical internal audits, external audits and audit reports.
 Escalations with quick response at emergency procedures and IMS procedure implementation according to OSHA, ISO 9001, 14001, 50001 & 18001.
 Ensuring H&S hazards and Environmental aspects are identified and managed; authorization and provision of necessary resources for IMS/HSE.
 CoE online audit; visit with team in soft and hard internal audits as an Internal Auditor Coordinator.
 Site budgeting and manpower calculation and allocation according to framework.
 Preparation of CAFM, MMR, utility reports, site walkthrough around, CRM & Kaizen.
 DLP procedures and documentations (QCR, Submittal Note, Comments, SRs, System & Area D’ Snags, Drawings, O&M Manuals, System Handing Taking)
