I was in charge for Media preparation keeping in view the ratio of desired nutrients, collection of explants and their insertion into the media using modern technology and the placement of the culture in incubator. Observing the experiment on daily basis and noting the changes after altering different factors i.e. Temperature, pH, light, growth hormones. Developed skills in:
•Experimental design and laboratory work
•Formulating reports and results of data analysis
•Laboratory Techniques and complex equipment such as Autoclaves used steam utilization, Laminar flow hoods, dry sterilizer and water distiller etc.
Through my successful role a semi published research paper was released in order to increase the knowledge of agriculturists.
Course work
Project Objective: Conduct an Environmental impact assessment (EIA) of five-star hotel developments.
Developed skills in:
•Identifying, collating and managing of relevant analytic data.
•Environmental Policy, Legislation & Regulatory Frame Work and assigning EIA Team.
•Practical implications of Occupational Health & safety (OHSAS 18001 & OHSAS 18002)
•Designing Monitoring plan of the project during construction and operation of the project along with assigning Project alternatives.

Formulation of “Environmental Management System Plan” for International Polymer Industry I-9/2 Islamabad, based on multiple surveys keeping in view the International Standards of ISO 14001.
Under the International Standards of ISO 14001 development of environmental policy and assessment of environmental aspects and impacts of Capital Steel Industries and Rerolling Mill, I/9 Industrial Area Islamabad.
As an environmental Auditor, I developed skills in fieldwork by:
•Conducting literature and database searches
•Visiting Industry and conducting multiple surveys to identify environmental aspects and environmental impacts.
•To recognize environmental legislation and approved codes of practice.
